授業の概要 |
This class will focus mainly on discussions about how to develop effective tasks for learning individual words and multiword units, and students will also learn key principles behind a corpus-based approach to vocabulary teaching. In addition, there will be an academic writing strand of the the class focussed on effective paragraph writing. |

(1) Students will read about, write about, and discuss practical sequences of meaning focused activities leading to a focus on form. (2) Students will read about, write about, and discuss about grading, appraising, and evaluating tasks. (3) Students will read about, write about, and discuss about syllabus design and working with textbooks. (4) Students will design a task themselves and implement it during class for a focussed discussion. |
